Courtney grew up in Payette, Idaho and has lived in Eastern Idaho for six years. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oregon State University. She went on to attend graduate school at Boise State University and received her Master’s Degree in Social Work, after which she received her certification as Clinical Social Worker.

Courtney has been providing counseling for four years and has enjoyed working with individuals and families in the community to navigate life’s challenges. She has worked extensively with children, teens, and adults of all ages throughout her career. Courtney uses a wide range of modalities, such as, CBT, DBT, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, play therapy, group therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. Courtney strives to create a safe space where you are able to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. She is committed to fostering personal growth, emotional well-being, and empowering positive change in your life.

Courtney absolutely loves to provide counseling services and resources to families in the community. She is happily married and has four children of her own, which is why she enjoys working with children and helping them thrive. When Courtney is not working she is typically spending time with her husband and children doing activities outdoors, playing games, reading, watching football, or running around to her children’s’ sporting events.
